The Spring boasts to be one of the few yoga studios in the DMV area to have regular aerial yoga classes.
Based on the traditional principles of yoga, breath and with movement, this modern style of yoga that incorporates a low-hanging soft fabric hammock to explore alignment, release chronic tension and hang around upside down. For those with little or no yoga experience, “Aerial Yoga For EveryBODY” is a great place to start. Each class incorporates spinal decompression, supported inversions, core and upper body strengthening, deep relaxation, and fun, fun, fun! This class is appropriate for anyone whether or not you have previous yoga experience. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Please sign up online or call to register. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class. We require 24 hours advanced notice for any cancellation in order to receive full credit to your account.
