Wellness Coaching

Wellness coaching involves individual or group coaching sessions that focus on optimizing the clients’ health and wellbeing. It addresses the whole person- in addition to the areas of food and exercise, wellness coaching can include issues of work-life balance, creative expression, spirituality, and time management. Wellness coaching is a partnership, in which you determine the wellness topics discussed, the goals you want to pursue, and and the strategies you’ll use to get there. The coach’s role is to create a safe space for your self-reflection, encourage your forward movement, and compassionately hold you accountable to your goals.
