One of our favorite (and maybe one of the most important) classes we offer is for moms-to-be. Yoga in any stage of pregnancy is can support the whole body, mind and spirit of the new mom-to-be. Learning breathing techniques, relaxation skills, and postures for stretching and toning can truly make the difference in having a pregnancy that is full of ease. You will also learn skills and gain confidence to aide in the journey of labor. Bringing a baby into this world is no small thing, and prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to connect deeply to yourself and your baby, and cultivate trust in the process of birth.
