Bring your friend, partner, sibling and self to deepen your yoga postures and connection with one another. Partner Yoga invites openness, communication, patience and balance into your practice and relationships. You and your partner will work together to facilitate relaxation of mind, body and emotions while using your bodies to create shapes and navigate fun postures. All levels welcome.
