Intro to Acro Yoga

Explore a careful blend of acrobatics and yoga poses that will allow you to explore new ways of moving your body and using it to communicate.

This workshop will teach basic moves and the fundamentals necessary to progress in the practice safely. Acro-yoga is not only fun, but it teaches our bodies how to work with others while synchronizing movement.

This class is appropriate for EVERYONE! Acro-yoga does not exclude anyone, it is a practice that anyone, even those with little or no experience can find a part in! Come alone or come with a friend!
