Read what some of our graduates have to say!

Working with the Spring has been a tremendous experience. I’d definitely recommend their teacher training program to anyone who is looking to have a deeper relationship with yoga, themselves and the world.” -W

“The teachers at The Spring created an environment where every student felt supported. I learned so much from each of the teachers, and it was an experience that I will treasure and honor for the rest of my life. I walked away from the training feeling inspired, and wanting to learn so much more, while also feeling like The Spring helped me to build a strong foundation.” -H

“This RYT-200 was a well-rounded introduction to all aspects of Yoga and asana. The teachers all brought the best of themselves to share with the group and this made it really special.” -M
